Kale Cabbage Salad

  • 6 cups minced Kale cabbage, without stem
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 2 peeled and grated carrots
  • ½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
  • Nadine Maple Grilled Almonds and Maple Dressing

 

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix ingredients except dressing.
  2. Add dressing to taste.
