Quinoa Salad

  • 2 cups quinoa, cooked
  • ½ cup lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shallots, chopped
  • 1 avocado, minced
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 peeled and grated carrot
  • Nadine Maple Grilled Almonds and Maple Dressing

 

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, except dressing.
  2. Add dressing according to taste.
